End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Magentapanoply Unipessoal Lda (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the use of our licensed software products (“Software”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any accompanying documentation. This license is granted solely for personal or internal business use, subject to the license type purchased.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
  • Sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software to third parties;
  • Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Software.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including intellectual property rights, remain with Magentapanoply Unipessoal Lda or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Activation and Usage Limits

The license may be limited by number of activations, devices, or users, as specified at the time of purchase. Any attempt to bypass these limits is a breach of this Agreement.

5. Updates and Support

We may provide updates, patches, or improvements at our discretion. Unless otherwise specified, the license includes access to updates within the licensed period. Technical support is offered as described in our Support Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall all copies of the Software.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with your system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magentapanoply Unipessoal Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portugal.
